Working together, our consultants create a clinical detailed report with clear recommendations for your case managers or solicitors — whether that means further investigations or referrals, services without a hospital stay, day-case services or care with a stay in hospital to our dedicated rehabilitation unit.

• Team review: Our rehabilitation specialists review referrals daily to plan care, therapy and expected length of stay.
• Funding and costs: We provide a cost estimate, and funding is confirmed by your care team or relevant provider.
• Admission: We coordinate a suitable admission date once funding is approved.
• Ongoing care and discharge: We provide progress reports every two weeks during rehabilitation and a summary to guide ongoing care at discharge.
